Return and Exchange Policy – Easyspare
At Easyspare, we strive to achieve customer satisfaction by providing a complete and integrated service. We guarantee that all parts conform to their description at the time of sale.
Return and Exchange Conditions
· The customer has the right to return the product within 7 days from the date of receipt, provided that the product is intact, unchanged, unused, and unopened.
· The customer bears the full cost of return shipping (except in cases of manufacturing defects or seller error).
· The product value will be refunded within 14 business days.
· The customer has the right to cancel the purchase order after confirmation and receive a full refund before the shipment is dispatched.
· After the shipment has been dispatched and delivered, the 7-day policy mentioned above applies.
Discounted Products
Products included in discounts and promotions are subject to the same return policy (7 days), unless an exception is clearly disclosed before purchase.
Cases Where Returns Are Not Accepted
Returns are not accepted in the following cases:
· After 7 days have passed from the date of receipt.
· If the product has been altered from its original condition.
· If the product has been used, opened, or had labels removed.
· Products specifically made or ordered according to customer request.
Return Shipping Costs
· The customer bears the cost of returning products through a shipping company agreed upon by both parties.
· In the case of a manufacturing defect or seller error, the seller bears all return shipping costs.
Electronic Payment Fees
Electronic payment fees are disclosed before completing the purchase. In case of cancellation, these fees may be deducted according to the payment service provider’s agreement.
Return Procedure
· The return request form must be completed and customer service contacted within 7 days of receipt.
· Both parties shall coordinate the shipping method.
Exchange Procedure
· If the customer wishes to exchange a part, customer service must be contacted within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
· Both parties shall coordinate, calculating the price difference and shipping costs.
· The price difference will be refunded within 14 business days.
