We guarantee that all the selling spare parts are as described between the costumer and the spare part provider

Terms & Conditions

  1. The costumer has the right to return back any spare parts within 3 days of the delivery date, as long as the parcel and the spare part wasn’t opened, used or change

  2. The costumer is fully responsible in case of returning or replacing the spare part regarding the shipping fees.

  3. Costumer can cancel the order or the request with full money refund minus the services fee if cancellation was before shipping, If the spare parts already shipped then 2nd point will be applied.

  4. Spare parts or advertise under any offer are not accepted to the replacement or retuning regulation unless there is manufacture defect.
  5. Returning money to the costumer would be within 14 working days.
Replacement Process
Retrieval Process
  • Costumer should contact costumer services  number through WhatsApp within 3 days of spare parts delivery
  • Further clarification is needed for the new sparepart, including all the detailed needed in the chat 
  • Different in the price will be refund or extra payment will be need to continue with the replacement process 
  •  Costumer is responsible to pay the shipping fees for the old and the new request 
  • Fill the retrieval form and communicate with costumer services through WhatsApp
  • Once sparepart arrived and checked that box wasn’t changed, opened or used, refund will be lunched 
  • Refund amount is not involving the shipping fees (Including the retrieval shipping fees) and 50% of the service fee
